Our client, Techgene Solutions LLC, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise automation and low-code solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise automation and low-code solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. This role will focus on creating scalable technical architectures, solving complex business problems, and collaborating closely with business analysts (BAs), developers, and stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Technical Architecture & Design : Design end-to-end technical architectures for automation and low-code solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. Define integration strategies with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, APIs). Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Solution Development & Problem Solving Translate business requirements into technical designs and automation workflows. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across departments. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Business Analysts to understand business needs and define solution scope. Guide developers in implementing technical designs and best practices. Present architecture designs and roadmaps to senior stakeholders and technical teams. Governance & Documentation Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical standards. Establish governance models for automation lifecycle management and change control. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical design roles. Hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud architecture (Azure preferred), and enterprise integration patterns. Preferred Skills UiPath and Power Platform certifications. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools. Familiarity with ITSM tools and automation in IT operations. Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
