At Allstar Services, a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners portfolio company, we're redefining the home services industry through innovation and growth. With a national network of roofing and remodeling brands, we're seeking a Manager of Website & Marketing Automation to own our digital presence, optimize performance, and scale automation across multiple brands. The Manager - Website & Marketing Automation will lead strategy, design direction, agency oversight, and performance optimization for all Allstar brand websites. This person will also own marketing automation, email/SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, and re-engagement strategies. This is a hands-on role: you will not just manage, but design, test, iterate, and optimize. You'll also explore new AI/MarTech partners to scale our marketing systems and efficiencies. What You'll Do Lead website strategy across multiple brands-site structure, UX flows, navigation, and mobile/responsive performance. Partner with agencies to build, launch, and optimize brand and growth market websites. Drive conversion optimization through A/B testing, heat maps, analytics, and user behavior insights. Own marketing automation & lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, nurture flows, re-engagement, loyalty, cross-sell/up-sell). Ensure websites are optimized for SEO best practices to maximize traffic and lead generation. Collaborate with brand, SEO, creative, and performance marketing teams to align with business goals. Stay ahead of emerging MarTech and AI tools to improve conversion and customer experience. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of experience in website management, CRO, and marketing automation. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.), and A/B testing/analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, FullStory, Optimizely, etc.). Knowledge of technical SEO and site performance optimization. Experience managing vendors/agencies and delivering results on time. Analytical mindset, comfort with dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision making. A builder's mentality-comfortable experimenting, iterating, and scaling what works.
