Join our team as a Wholesale Customer Service Specialist focused on Spray Equipment Repair. In this role, you will work closely with commercial paint customers to understand their specific needs, provide insightful answers about our Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions tailored to their projects. Your goal will be to swiftly resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while staying informed of product features and maintaining our visual and quality standards. This position is part-time, requiring up to 28 hours weekly. Pay starts at $17.00 hourly. The position is based at the Anchorage Commercial Branch: Store #708176, located at 245 Post Rd, Anchorage, AK 99501. As a Wholesale Customer Service Specialist, you will: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by addressing their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build productive relationships with wholesale customers based on trust. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures. Meet sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Perform repairs on a variety of spray equipment (e.g., airless, conventional, electrostatic, pressure washers) either in-store or at customer job sites. Conduct hydraulic and warranty repairs efficiently. Rebuild pumps to ensure optimal performance. Repair and maintain branch tinting and mixing equipment. Educate both employees and customers on the use and maintenance of spray equipment. Maintain an inventory of spray parts and keep precise work order files and formulas. Support the team by pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Assist in stocking shelves and setting up displays to present our products effectively. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment and assist in delivery needs when required. Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Remain knowledgeable about our product offerings and engage with customers to discuss options. Follow and comply with inventory control procedures. Contribute ideas to improve sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. At least a High School diploma or GED. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint and paint-related products. Previous experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Experience repairing spray and/or hydraulic pumps and equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
