Prepares patient paperwork, verifies insurance or other payment methods, and completes necessary documentation accurately. Coordinates delivery, setup, and pickup of equipment and supplies with appropriate personnel to ensure timely service. Maintains files of patient account information and referral source data with accuracy and security. Resolves patient complaints by identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Critical Information

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Onsite work only; candidate must be comfortable working five days a week at the location. Training begins on Monday, November 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidate must come in on October 31, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM for building and system access. Work environment involves call monitoring and performance tracking; transportation via public bus is recommended.

Education/Licenses Needed

High School Diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Basic alpha-numeric data entry skills and intermediate math skills Experience in healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
