Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Onsite - Wilkes-Barre, PA

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Location: Onsite in Wilkes-Barre, PA

Overview:

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a healthcare company that helps patients receive their medical equipment, supplies, and services. This is a hands-on, onsite position where you’ll work directly with patients, insurance carriers, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth, accurate processing of patient orders and insurance verification.

Training Details:

Training begins Monday, November 3, 2025 (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Candidates must attend a brief onboarding session Friday, October 31, 2025 (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) for building and system access 4-week training period, then transition to outbound calls; inbound calls added later

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to patients and healthcare providers Process patient orders, verify insurance coverage, and complete accurate documentation Coordinate equipment/supply deliveries and pickups Maintain organized patient records and follow compliance procedures Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance Knowledge of insurance benefits, prior authorizations, or pharmacy support Previous experience in healthcare or customer service Strong communication and computer skills Must be comfortable with call monitoring and performance metrics Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite, Monday–Friday No pre-scheduled PTO during first 6–8 weeks
