What You'll Do:
Perform physical installations of servers, switches, and cabling (Cat5/6 & fiber) Troubleshoot hardware issues (servers, network devices, etc.) Work on ticketing systems and assist remote teams with Smart Hands support Monitor environmental conditions (temp, humidity, power) Assist with rack/stack, decommissioning, and change requests Must-Have Skills:
1-3+ years in IT support, NOC, helpdesk, or hardware environments Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, ping, tracert) Hands-on with servers or cabling Able to lift 40-50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Willing to work onsite 100% (this is NOT a remote job) Nice-to-Have:
Previous data center or colo experience CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ Familiarity with DCIM tools or ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
