Partner Account Manager

to accelerate growth through our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and OEM partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong commercial relationships, building scalable partner strategies, and driving revenue through collaborative go-to-market execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring mutual success through innovation, enablement, and execution. Responsibilities

Develop & Manage Partnerships Recruit, onboard, and grow VAR, OEM, and alliance partners. Build joint business plans that include sales targets, co-marketing, and enablement programs. Negotiate referral, resell, and OEM agreements that deliver strong value for Litmos and partners. Drive Revenue Growth Consistently exceed sales targets by developing strong partner-led pipelines. Define and package value propositions that resonate across international markets. Support integration and unified provider strategies to open new growth opportunities. Enablement & Collaboration Educate and align internal teams to drive effective cross-sell and co-sell outcomes. Mentor partners to ensure they are enabled, motivated, and equipped for success. Serve as the key relationship owner, trusted by partners at every level. Strategic Insights & Expansion Provide partner and market feedback to influence product, pricing, and GTM strategies. Identify opportunities for international expansion through partner channels. Support Litmos' leadership in scaling global reach through partnerships. Key Skills & Attributes

7–10+ years

of proven experience in sales, partner account management, business development, or channel sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas. Strong success in building and managing VAR and OEM ecosystems. Exceptional collaboration skills , with the ability to influence and work effectively with internal teams and external partners and customers. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management across all levels. Persuasive, collaborative style that inspires trust and drives results. Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented, with a track record of solving complex problems. What We Offer

100k - 125k base plus 50% bonus. Benefits
