Our growing Healthcare client is hiring Account Executives across the United States! As an AE, you will be the face of the company with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your territory, as well as with families being discharged from these facilities. Your role involves driving lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts. You should be eager to build relationships with healthcare professionals and persistent in finding effective ways to grow each account to help more families find the care they need.
What You Will Do
Work in a fast-paced, growing industry to help families urgently needing care find the right community or in-home care agency as they transition out of a hospital or skilled nursing facility. Achieve your target quota of families choosing a senior care option each month by generating qualified patient referrals from your assigned accounts. Develop, own, and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume in your territory. Cultivate new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, and follow up on discharge outcomes to reinforce the company's value. Educate families on their care options and coordinate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to find the right senior living or in-home care options as they are discharged. Collaborate with your partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your target quota of families moving into communities or hiring in-home care. Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes (such as account scoring and CRM changes) in your territory and provide feedback for improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three or more years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams. Experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections. Thrives in a fast-paced, change-rich, independent environment; willing to test new processes and get the job done. Hungry to learn and improve with a competitive spirit. Ability to travel locally in your territory (5 days a week). Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Effective time management skills. Healthcare/hospital sales experience is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Additional Information
Schedule
You will be in the field daily, working with your Regional Director to build your account plan weekly to nurture and grow your accounts and meet your monthly targets. Your field activities include scheduled presentations, calls, and drop-ins to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and discharged patients.
