Commission The Role
As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll own a named account list and be responsible for driving new business across small and mid-sized organizations. You’ll run the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to value-based selling, negotiations, and close. This is a high-visibility role with significant growth potential, ideal for ambitious sellers who thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. What You’ll Do
Manage a book of named SMB accounts within your assigned territory Prospect, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers Lead discovery calls to uncover customer challenges and align solutions Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations Run full-cycle deals, negotiate terms, and close new business Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and expansion Consistently achieve and exceed sales quota What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of full-cycle sales experience (SaaS strongly preferred) Proven success carrying a quota and consistently meeting/exceeding goals Strong prospecting and business development skills Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly coachable with a growth mindset and drive to succeed Compensation & Earnings Upside
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$136,000k+ (uncapped) Uncapped Commissions
