Overview
Join us as a Sales Rep NI (New Installations Sales Representative) in Boston. The role focuses on identifying opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information to locate sources for sale of company products and services. Responsibilities
Identify opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information to locate sources for sale of company products and services. Learn how to perform preliminary design work with architects and general contractors; develop budgets and schedules; read and understand job plans and specifications; prepare estimates and bid proposals; make presentations to win the sale. Meet and/or exceed assigned sales and customer objectives. Analyze customer needs and secure desirable business through application of company products and services. Maintain favorable client relationships. Assess and follow customer complaints to satisfactory resolution. Communicate to both customer and internal operations the necessary information to assure customer satisfaction and achieve sales cost objective. Develop negotiating strategies with minimum monitoring by management. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting or Engineering and 5+ years of sales experience is required. In lieu of degree, high school diploma and 6+ years of technical experience in the elevator industry or sales experience required. Elevator industry or business to business sales experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software, Lotus Notes and SAP is preferred. What’s in it for you?
