Regional GTM Manager – RCS at Infobip. As a key contributor to Infobip’s regional growth strategy for Rich Communication Services (RCS) in North America, this role drives the commercial success of RCS by enabling strategic partnerships and executing go-to-market initiatives. Infobip works closely with carriers, Google, and Partners; and this role will own/manage these relationships while collaborating with internal teams to bring RCS solutions to market more effectively. By aligning regional execution with global strategy and supporting Sales & Revenue squads with product and market insights, you’ll help maintain Infobip’s position as a trusted partner and leader in the RCS ecosystem and drive channel growth. This role is responsible for driving regional growth for RCS. You’ll develop and execute the regional GTM strategy in conjunction with the RCS business unit, maximizing revenue and profitability across key verticals and customer segments. You’ll bridge the gap between Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams—aligning strategies, optimizing processes, and driving product adoption as well as market-specific requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Product Sales, Product Marketing, or Partnership Development and thrives in cross-functional, collaborative, and matrixed environments. Product Growth & Business Execution

Drive product sales and adoption in the region, achieving revenue and profitability targets. Translate company/base strategy into regional execution plans, ensuring business momentum and sustainable growth. Attend customer meetings, propose strategic sales initiatives, and provide commercial guidance. Work closely with our Sales Squad and Chapter Leads, equipping them with product knowledge, updates, and ongoing support.

Sales Alignment & Customer Engagement

Act as a trusted partner to regional sales teams, providing product training, sales support, and strategic guidance. Engage directly with customers, build relationships, understand needs, and identify opportunities for product adoption, feeding insights back to product teams. Actively support key sales cycles, leveraging product expertise to drive conversions and revenue growth.

Product Expertise & Market Insights

Maintain deep expertise in the product’s features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Serve as the go-to product expert for the region, assisting sales teams, customers & partners. Gather and analyze market feedback, customer insights, and competitor trends; share these insights with HQ teams to refine product strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

Align closely with HQ teams to ensure GTM alignment and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with product bases and stakeholders to ensure seamless product initiatives. Partner with VPs and Sales Directors to align product strategies with overall sales objectives. Work with Compliance, Analysts and Regulatory teams to support product success and optimize processes.

Partner Relationships

Own and develop key ecosystem partnerships, building relationships to drive product enhancements and joint marketing. Build relationships with regional industry regulators to enhance market positioning. Arrange events and participate in Partner events to raise Infobip’s prominence in the market.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, and/or Sales. Strong influencing and communication skills; public speaking experience is a plus. Experience working closely with Product teams on product enhancement and process optimization. Strong product knowledge, from offering and provisioning to onboarding, functionalities, and monetization strategies. Solid understanding and related experience in full sales cycle. Operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts. Proven success in GTM implementation with growth in targeted areas/regions. Preferred experience in CPaaS channels (e.g., SMS, MMS, RCS) or the telecommunications industry. CPaaS with GTM commercial product experience a plus. Why Infobip

Additional Information

Salary Range : The base compensation for this role is $136,000-$179,000 USD annually. Eligible for an annual bonus plan. Final salary based on factors including internal equity, experience, education, and skillset.
