Overview We have partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS company with a mission-critical technology that's transforming the transportation and logistics industry. As our client expands into the U.S. market, they are building a high-performing sales team to drive growth and are looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join them.

The Role As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for owning and closing new business opportunities with mid-market to enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with key decision-makers in the transportation space, navigating complex organizations and leveraging a consultative sales approach. You’ll report directly to sales leadership and play a key role in shaping our U.S. go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for deals ranging from $50K to $500K in ARR

Navigate complex sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers

Leverage relationship-based and consultative selling techniques to build trust and long-term value

Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction

Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and positioning

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM

Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings as needed

Ideal Candidate Background

5–10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of closing mid-to-large deals

Proven success managing deal sizes in the $75k-$500k range with 6+ month sales cycles

Strong sales acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders

Deep experience with relationship selling and building long-term value for clients

Comfortable in a fast-growing, scaling environment with evolving processes

Based in the Greater Boston Area and available for occasional in-person meetings and events

Compensation:

$120k base / $240k OTE uncapped + equity
