We are hiring a motivated and strategic Sales Director to lead sales and drive revenue growth. Position Summary: The Hotel Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy, group business, and event revenue. This role requires strong leadership, relationship building skills, and a proven track record in hospitality sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals. Build and maintain relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Prior hotel sales experience preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven success in driving group, corporate, and leisure sales.
