— you will directly own sales activities, develop customer relationships, and position Onebeat as the trusted partner for retailers nationwide. Overview
We are looking for a results-driven sales leader to drive direct sales in the U.S. retail sector and establish Onebeat as a strategic partner for retailers nationwide. Responsibilities
Execute Onebeat’s direct sales strategy in the U.S. retail sector. Prospect, develop, and close new business with mid-market and enterprise retailers. Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end—from pipeline creation through negotiation and closing. Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior retail decision-makers. Partner with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our solutions fit U.S. market needs. Proven success launching and growing a new territory through direct sales. Demonstrate experience in retail solutions, data-driven products, or SaaS startups (preferred). Track record of selling directly to mid-market and enterprise retailers. Demonstrated success as an individual contributor, personally driving revenue and closing deals. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable as the first hire in-region and building from the ground up. Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills. Consistently exceeded direct sales targets, with the ambition and capability to take on future leadership as the company grows. Qualifications
Experience in retail solutions, data-driven products, or SaaS startups (preferred). Proven ability to sell to mid-market and enterprise retailers. Seniority level
