Job Description
You are an expert in sales, able to orchestrate and direct resources to drive profitable sales revenue and growth. You have a keen eye for detail and possess the ability to analyze and interpret data to create a comprehensive plan. You are highly skilled in optimizing sales effectiveness in partnership with other leaders. You inspire and engage the team to drive profitable business results. You will monitor, analyze, and report on district sales results, provide input on organizational needs, associate actions, and sales team development, and offer ongoing coaching to develop and encourage your team. You will manage the successful execution of sales strategies and plans for the district. Requirements
A BS/BA degree 5+ years of experience with area customer base Strong sales management background Prior leadership experience What We Offer
