What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Executive at LINQ Services, you will lead the charge in driving sales and revenue growth assisting LINQ in continuing to capture more and more industry market share. Drawing on your extensive experience, you will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, conduct new client prospecting, engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve mentoring and supporting entry-level sales associates, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional development. What Does Success Look Like? Exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently Demonstrating expert knowledge of LINQ Services' products and solutions Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships Driving continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes Work Location This position is open to remote workers located in the United States of America who have a proven record of sales experience. Candidates based in the Baltimore, MD or Pittsburgh, PA metro areas may receive preference in the screening process. Compensation Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. + Bonus and Commissions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field 3-5 years of successful experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology or software sales Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Excellent relationship building, inter-personal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to conduct client prospecting Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to travel for overnight trips, approximately once a month Ability to successfully pass a criminal history background check LINQ is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions based on merit.
