Advertising Account Manager We are seeking an experienced
Advertising Account Manager
to oversee post-sale campaign execution and client success. This is a fully remote position, open only to candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones, with work hours aligned to Eastern Time. The role offers $40.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sale campaign activities including asset coordination, approval tracking, and launch readiness Act as the primary client contact after the sale, leading client calls and providing updates on campaign performance Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimizations to improve results Collaborate with sales, media planning, ad operations, and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and delivery Troubleshoot technical and creative issues to maintain timelines and client satisfaction Support renewal and upsell opportunities by demonstrating campaign success and identifying growth potential Required Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital media in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Manager, Campaign Manager) Proven track record of managing campaigns end-to-end, including approvals, launches, reporting, and optimization Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Tableau, Google Suite, and Excel Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience working at major publishers or travel platforms Familiarity with programmatic, native, or custom content advertising Exposure to workflow management tools such as Airtable Background managing global or multi-market accounts with senior stakeholders Experience upselling or renewing campaigns successfully About ProPivotal
