We are seeking top performing Account Executives with digital advertising experience who can drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic client relationships and delivering customized solutions aligning to the client’s advertising needs. Proactively solicits feedback on additional advertising needs, products, and features and ensures the feedback reaches the right internal stakeholders to drive client-focused solutions. Builds and maintains a solid network of internal and external partner resources to drive opportunities and influence impact for clients. Collaborates with partners to develop and share client plans that support Microsoft business and client needs. Establishes oneself as the primary point of contact to address day-to-day inquiries, including account monitoring, prioritization, escalations, billing, compliance requirements, and issue resolution. Maintains relationships with day-to-day client contacts as a trusted advisor across multiple levels. Seeks client feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, determines root causes, removes blockers, and establishes recovery action plans to improve the client experience. Articulates Microsoft’s strategy and products and educates clients on the Microsoft Advertising platform, sharing knowledge of the search landscape to create a mutually beneficial value proposition. Adopts Microsoft sales strategies and handles objections to sell tailored solutions and secure buy-in and execution. Leverages CRM tools and dashboards to monitor account health, increase performance, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities to grow revenue. Collaborates with internal teams to develop strategies to maximize upselling opportunities and accelerate deal closure. Proactively researches clients’ advertising needs and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and new solutions. Presents tailored solutions based on client insights and maintains knowledge of emerging industry trends and KPIs. Promotes Microsoft’s culture and values and serves as a subject-matter expert on competitive trends. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, advertising, or digital advertising, or a Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent. 1+ year of experience managing hands-on search advertising campaigns and other performance-based digital marketing campaigns. Other Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent. 2+ years of experience managing hands-on search advertising campaigns and other performance-based digital marketing campaigns. 2+ years of experience in online media or Search Engine Marketing sales and service. Advertising Client Success IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
