Role: Head of Amazon Seller Account Management (Director)

Own, scale, and professionalize our EU Amazon Seller portfolio end-to-end. You will lead account strategy and execution, coach a high-bar operator bench, and extend our proven Amazon playbooks to the US market. Lead and develop the team and processes.

What you’ll do

P&L ownership for a mid eight-figure EU Amazon business (Seller model only).

Set the strategy and operating cadence across content/SEO, pricing & promo, retail readiness, reviews/ratings, and brand stores.

Architect paid media: Sponsored Products/Brands/Display and Amazon DSP (testing roadmap, incrementality, creative iteration).

Drive forecasting, inventory, and S&OP with supply & logistics; keep in-stock >95% and cashflow healthy.

Build and lead a strong Account Management function (clear playbooks, dashboards, goals, SOPs and feedback loops).

Establish quarterly planning (QBRs), risk maps (OOS, CPC inflation, seasonality), and automation with the tool stack.

Partner with Creative, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance to ship fast and learn faster; report directly to the founders.

What you bring

3–7+ years owning large Amazon accounts (brand side, leading agency, or ex-Amazon—Vendor/Brand/Category/Strategic Account).

Deep Seller Central know-how, expert in PPC and comfortable with Amazon logistics.

Strong commercial mindset: contribution profit, TACOS, cash conversion, and pricing science.

Proven forecasting & inventory planning, EU promo/Deals calendar, and launch/scale mechanics.

Hands-on with tools like Helium10/Datadive/Sellerboard/ScaleInsights and or similar sources.

Excellent English; German is a huge bonus. EU time zones (CET ±2) preferred.

Process enthusiast and leadership experience.
