Our stunning community at Almond Heights is seeking a Director of Sales to join our team of senior living heroes! Shift:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri 9:00am-5:00pm Responsibilities
Drive the community’s sales efforts and outcomes while maintaining budgeted occupancy by increasing qualified inquiries, tours, and professional referrals (85%). Respond to new inquiries from multiple channels (Website, walk-in/drive-by, local referral agencies, Virtual Sales Assistant, 24/7 live chat, A Place for Mom, Caring.com) and enter all completed sales activities and notes in real-time in the CRM. Utilize MBK follow-up plans to maintain appropriate communication levels with new inquiries and schedule next steps per MBK expectations. Maintain thorough CRM database management in real-time; ensure actions are documented. Serve as the primary contact for prospects/families or referral agencies until move-in begins, coordinating with relevant team members as needed to progress sales. Assist with training the community team in first impressions, inquiry calls, and effective tours with prospects and professionals. Collaborate with the Executive Director to promote that sales is everyone’s responsibility and help deploy this philosophy. Conduct daily community walk-throughs to ensure readiness for guests, including model apartments and show-ready spaces. Establish and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers and key partners to generate referrals and opportunities to promote the community. Develop and maintain a quarterly Sales and Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Executive Director. Develop understanding of annual operating budgets, revenue generation, and value pricing; evaluate market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Provide concierge team with information regarding upcoming tours and train on MBK standards to create positive first impressions. Maintain up-to-date CRM with contact information, notes, and scheduled next steps; follow MBK follow-up plans. Assist with moving-in process planning and coordination with the Executive Director and department managers. Attend and sponsor community networking events to promote the MBK image and culture. Plan activities to achieve sales targets and implement marketing plans; supervise Sales Assistant as applicable. Pricing and revenue generation: work with leadership to price apartments, model inventory, and determine incentives to close sales. Communicate regularly with Executive Director, Regional Directors, and VP of Sales & Marketing. Non-Essential Job Duties (15%)
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the Executive Director or designee. Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and community policies affecting the department and move-in procedures. Demonstrate tact, professionalism, and friendliness with residents, team members, and visitors. Show empathy and professionalism when interacting with prospects and families. Collaborate with teams to present a consistent professional image. Ensure promotional materials reflect MBK principles and professional image. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Sales Assistant: 0 to 1 employee Minimum Job Requirements
College degree or relevant experience required Sales and Marketing experience preferred with a successful track record Background clearances mandatory as required by government regulations Health screening and negative TB test results within the last 6 months or within 7 days of employment Valid state driver’s license and insurance Solid PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable speaking in public Preferred Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree coursework in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field Successful track record in sales/marketing Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours Physical Demands
Must be mobile and able to move throughout the workday and community Sitting for prolonged periods, walking, with occasional squatting and reaching overhead Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds Able to operate a motor vehicle and drive to events Able to assist in moving residents when necessary or in emergencies Pay:
