app daily.This is a management role within Chamberlain Group's Sales function, reporting to the respective Regional Sales Director. In concert with the Regional Sales Director, a successful incumbent is expected to (i) develop and implement regional sales plans that will increase or maintain current sales volumes and profit margins in all parts of their business, including retail where appropriate, and (ii) sell Chamberlain and LiftMaster products to installing dealers and distributors, as well as end-user customers in a prescribed region by developing and maintaining strong relationships with all customers and prospects. All this to be accomplished through effective management and leadership of a team of professionals. Manage a portfolio of accounts and relationships of at least $100M. Requires 5+ years of sales and 1+ years of people management experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Key success metrics will be based on the items above, in addition to driving growth opportunities in the business.**Job Responsibilities:*** Partner with the Regional Sales Director to oversee all aspects of a region including the markets, competition, opportunities, customers, and prospects covering all aspects of Chamberlain Group product lines and all customer sets (Traditional Pro, Retail, Dealer/Distributor network and end-user customers where appropriate)* Lead, mentor, train, and coach regional team; develop Chamberlain Group sales leaders* Develop and implement regional sales plans that will increase current sales volumes and profit margins across the assigned region within company plans and guidelines* Identify sales penetration opportunities for region and optimize resource allocation in pursuing these opportunities* Develop account sales plan and support leadership in setting performance goals* Drive average net sales price and overall P&L impact at the regional level by managing the teams' pricing programs* Manage all customer relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater value to the customer; address customer inquiries and concerns* Conduct customer training presentations around product and selling skillset* Facilitate quote management and order fulfillment to effectively deliver product, pricing and sales information to customers and team using insights and data* Drive robust partnership program implementation and negotiation as needed* Leverage strong local market awareness to influence strategic business decisions* Represent Sales team on assigned cross-functional projects* This is a role as a true business partner to the Regional Sales Director, working in partnership to build the business, using complementary skills and talents, and optimizing use of time and resources* Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.* Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.* Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members* Drive performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company’s policies* Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications* Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Chamberlain Group mission, vision and values.**Job Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree* 5+ years of sales and 1 year of people management* Strong public speaking skills* Able to travel up to 75% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license* Proficient in sales systems; mechanical aptitude#LI- Remote – Washington#LI-MD1The pay range for this position is $134,644.00 - $221,840.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
