Our Digital Strategy is all about helping travelers easily discover, purchase, and enjoy high-quality travel experiences through delta.com and the Fly Delta app. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Digital Revenue team, focusing on Checkout. This role will shape and deliver the technology roadmap that supports seamless flight purchases. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers can complete their bookings with ease and confidence. Responsibilities Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain the business vision and roadmap for the Digital Checkout product experience. Vision & Strategy: Ensure the roadmap aligns with Delta’s digital strategy and customer experience goals. Responsibilities Continued Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (business, IT, UX, etc.) to gather and refine requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Align product goals with broader enterprise objectives. Execution & Delivery Translate business needs into usable, scalable, and reliable solutions. Lead agile development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Identify and manage dependencies across other agile teams. Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates on roadmap progress to leaders and stakeholders. Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization. Ideal Candidate Traits Curious and creative problem-solver. Strong communicator and collaborator. Experience in digital product management, especially in e-commerce or travel tech. Comfortable working in agile environments. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience A strong track record in managing complex workflows and solving challenges Sharp thinking and a natural curiosity to explore solutions The ability to turn business needs into clear technical requirements Excellent communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams A collaborative spirit and confidence working independently in fast-paced settings Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
