Junior Application Developer with Security Clearance
Overview: The Application Developer - Junior serves as the lead application administrator, responsible for proper configuration and support of administrative systems for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract. This includes administering, maintaining, securing, and accrediting the DLIFLC Academic Network, which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level. Responsibilities: Assess customer needs and recommend improved configuration and implementation of applications. Plan, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage all Application Developer servers and applications. Qualifications Required: BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years of experience, and one of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification, and CE/OS Certification. 2 years of experience in Application Development/Sustainment. Required Skills include .NET, JAVA, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint (Developer/Designer), Power Apps, Power Automate, and WordPress. Salary Range: $130,000 - $138,000.
