Job Overview
Financial Reporting Manager to lead the global financial close and reporting process for a multi-entity business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations within OneStream, ensuring timely, accurate reporting under US GAAP Manage global trial balance mapping and consolidation structure across multiple ERP systems Oversee intercompany eliminations, profit-in-inventory, and roll-forwards Partner with domestic and international teams to standardize processes and improve reporting efficiency Support corporate reporting requirements, including quarterly filings and annual disclosures Provide training and mentorship on financial reporting tools and processes Assist with M&A reporting and integration, including P&L reviews and acquisition analysis Oversee system administration and user access for consolidation and reconciliation platforms Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally within a global manufacturing or multi-entity organization Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation principles Hands-on experience with OneStream or similar consolidation tools; ERP experience (Infor LN) Proven ability to lead a financial close process and deliver on tight deadlines Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and influence outcomes Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Annual Bonus: 20-25% cash bonus Health benefits, 401(k) with strong match, and a company-funded pension plan Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) Note : Local candidates only; not open to relocation at this time. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office).
