— Connecting Mission Critical Talent is seeking a Vice President of Construction to oversee the main Texas division. The client is a major force in the commercial construction space, specializing in large-scale ground-up builds in Gaming, Healthcare, Data Centers, Industrial and Hospitality, responsible for critical builds throughout the US. You will join one of the largest family-owned GCs in the nation, with significantly less red tape and more commercial agility than similarly sized companies. Base pay range : $200,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple ground-up commercial builds, often exceeding $200M+, reporting into the COO. Drive year-on-year division growth. Interface closely with clients to help bring on new business. Implement policies, procedures and best practices. Be a key decision maker in hiring of executives. Collaborate closely with other business units in joint-venture projects. Requirements
Minimum of 10 years commercial general contractor experience. Proven track record of leading projects exceeding $100M. Experience working with Top ENR GCs. Showing length of service, with 5+ years spent at the same company. How to Apply
