Our client is seeking an experienced
Epic OpTime Application Analyst
to join their IT team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven Epic certification, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders. This is an onsite position based in Westchester County, NY.
Starting at $90,000/year.
Epic OpTime Application Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties: Design, build, test, and support Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules. Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system solutions. Configure and maintain third-party integrations related to surgical and anesthesia workflows. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues within the application environment. Document system changes, build specifications, and testing outcomes. Participate in upgrade cycles, patch testing, and workflow optimizations. Provide end-user support and training when needed. Epic OpTime Application Analyst's Qualifications and Skills:
Epic OpTime Certification (required); Epic Anesthesia Certification is a strong plus. 3+ years of experience as an Epic Application Analyst, with direct OpTime/Anesthesia module experience. Hands-on build and configuration experience in Epic systems. Experience with third-party integrations in Epic. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
