About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our Atlanta team for a 6-month project focused on Event Management solutions. You'll be working on critical IT Operations Management initiatives that help streamline our infrastructure monitoring and incident response capabilities.
What You'll Do:
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM Event Management modules Design and implement event processing workflows and rules Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow for automated event correlation Develop custom applications and enhancements within ServiceNow platform Create and maintain event management dashboards and reporting Collaborate with IT operations teams to optimize event handling processes Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance bottlenecks Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer What We're Looking For:
6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management module Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules) Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT operations best practices Familiarity with monitoring tools integration (Nagios, Splunk, etc.) Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CIS-ITOM) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Why Join Us:
