Pay Range: $40 - $46 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage and resolve complex issues on the our platform, serving as the initial point of escalation within the technical support department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. This role requires onsite presence twice a week and involves both providing updates to customers on case progress and working directly with our technical team to ensure rapid resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first line of technical escalation within the support team. Provide customers with regular updates on the progress of their cases. Gain a deep understanding of the platform to troubleshoot effectively. Apply advanced knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies to solve complex technical problems. Collaborate with a team of engineers and the hiring manager during technical escalations.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in writing and debugging JavaScript code. Understanding of web technologies (Apache, Tomcat, HTML, XML, JSON). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
