The Vice President - Water/Wastewater Engineering will lead and manage the engineering division focused on water and wastewater projects. This role is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, while fostering innovation and sustainability in water resource management. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the water and wastewater engineering division. Develop and implement strategic plans for water and wastewater projects. Oversee the design and engineering of pump stations, treatment plants, and reclamation facilities. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to address project requirements. Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering. Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering projects. Benefits
