Production/Warehouse Supervisor
to oversee assembly, warehouse operations, and product flow. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives on organization, teamwork, and operational efficiency, this is the role for you. Be the Leader Behind the Flow
As our
Production/Warehouse Supervisor , you’ll ensure sales orders are assembled, packaged, and shipped on time while maintaining accurate inventory and ERP records. You’ll guide your team daily, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate across departments to keep production and logistics running smoothly. What You’ll Do Here
Recruit, hire, train, and develop warehouse and production staff. Supervise the daily workflow and ensure employees maintain
organized, clean work areas. Verify accuracy of
Epicor ERP entries
(labor, non-conformances, inventory levels, and locations). Oversee timely assembly, packaging, and shipping of sales orders. Investigate and resolve production or shipping delays, escalating when needed. Communicate with
Planning, Scheduling, and Management
teams on progress and issues. Monitor stock levels, WIP, and backorders to ensure timely fulfillment. Receive and inspect components, assemblies, and inventory from other buildings. Close production jobs in Epicor, collaborating with
Quality Control
and materials teams. Track
RMA repairs
in collaboration with Customer Service and QC. Collect and analyze data to drive
continuous improvement. Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and handle employee discipline in line with company policy. What You’ll Bring
5+ years
of production and supervisory experience (warehouse/assembly preferred). Associate degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s in
Management, Engineering, or Business
preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent
organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with
Epicor ERP . Thorough understanding of
