Signature design for those who want more than just a building! We are hiring for a variety of positions in our studios located in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. The Project Captain will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including client interaction, design, production of plans/specifications, quality control, consultant coordination and construction administration, while maintaining project budgets, managing staff, and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project delivery including client interaction, design, production of plans and specifications, quality control, consultant coordination and construction administration. Maintain project budgets and deadlines; supervise architectural staff; ensure timely project completion. Qualifications: Minimum 6-8 years of experience. Proficiency in Design Skills, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred. Ability to demonstrate capability across all aspects of project delivery including client interaction, design, production of plans/specifications and consultant coordination.
