Position Overview We are seeking a
Photo Post-Production Specialist
to support our in-house team with editing, retouching, and digital asset organization. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about photography, fashion, and visual storytelling, with strong technical editing skills and an eye for detail. The Photo Specialist will assist with Capture One tethered shooting, image retouching, and organizing assets within our Digital Asset Manager (DAM), while providing light design support for marketing and design needs. Key Responsibilities
Assist with
photo editing and retouching
for e-commerce, campaigns, lookbooks, and social media content. Support
Capture One tethered shooting
during photo sessions to ensure accurate file capture and organization. Maintain
textile color accuracy
and attention to detail in skin, jewelry, and fabric retouching. Upload, tag, and organize photo assets within the
Digital Asset Manager (DAM) , Dropbox, and Google Suite. Help prepare seasonal
lookbooks and catalog assets
for internal and external use. Assist with light graphic design tasks such as resizing images, creating simple layouts, and preparing digital marketing assets. Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and marketing team members to ensure deadlines are met. Follow established workflows and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all projects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in
photo editing, retouching, or digital imaging , ideally in
fashion, retail, or e-commerce . Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One . Familiarity with
Google Suite, Dropbox, and
Monday.com for workflow and collaboration. Strong eye for
detail, color accuracy, and visual consistency . Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines. Competencies
