The Edgewater is an independent boutique, 223-room iconic hotel with 11,000 sq ft of meeting space. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Your role will drive exceptional guest experience and play a key role in the upkeep of this 4 Diamond property. Our Culture

Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety. Repairs: Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues such as leaks, faulty equipment, or broken fixtures to maintain guest satisfaction. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all equipment and facilities meet safety regulations and standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff. Emergency Response: Be on call to address emergency maintenance issues, such as power outages or flooding, and take appropriate action to minimize disruption to hotel operations. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing, to track history and identify recurring issues. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service consistently. Requirements
