We are seeking a
Senior Electronics Design Engineer
to join our Engineering Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced electronic hardware used in critical control systems. You will be working on projects across the complete lifecycle—from concept and design to testing, certification, and final implementation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team, and includes hybrid work flexibility along with occasional travel requirements. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electronic circuits for control and monitoring systems. Create schematics and support PCB layout activities. Conduct simulations, trade-off studies, tolerance and stress analysis. Perform worst-case circuit analysis including FMEA. Build, test, and troubleshoot electronic hardware in a lab environment. Document results and prepare reports to support design assurance and certification. Ensure that designs meet safety, efficiency, and reliability standards. Desired Skills and Experience Strong background in
electronic hardware design
with experience in analog, digital, or power supply design. Proficiency with
schematic capture and design tools
such as Altium Designer, Allegro, or Cadence. Experience with
power converters, circuit protection, EMI/EMC reduction techniques . Ability to perform root cause analysis and apply structured problem-solving techniques. Experience working on safety-critical or high-reliability systems. Aerospace or gas turbine system experience is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of circuit design experience, OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience, OR PhD in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. Up to 20% project-related travel and 10–15% other business travel. Compensation $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr Candidate must be eligible for Security clearance
