Job Summary The Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer supports regression testing as part of the Missile Defense Programs (MDP) Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) discipline. The role involves regression testing of software capabilities in advanced radar systems and building an understanding of radar platforms, system integration, test principles, and exportability techniques to ensure successful implementation.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, testing, and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality of radar capabilities.
Execute regression testing plans and procedures to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Perform scenario-based analyses and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
Understand and be in compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships).
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
Strong analytic, technical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience integrating or regression testing radar products in both domestic and FMS configurations.
Experience in Linux or UNIX environments.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Perl).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience contributing in a team to develop creative solutions to technical problems.
