Seeking an experienced
Estimator
to join a growing team in Chicago. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong background in Multifamily, municipal projects, and K–12 construction. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project documents, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs Review project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate budgets Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure budget compliance Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and project presentations Monitor and track costs throughout the project lifecycle Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for pricing and availability Qualifications
Proven experience as an Estimator in Multifamily
, municipal, or K–12 construction projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation processes Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Seniority level
