About Our Client
Our client is a growing General Contractor in South Florida with a lot of Miami work in the pipeline. They focus mainly on interiors projects for (doctors offices, religious facilities, restaurants and retail).
Job Description
Run and maintain a successful commercial project day to day
Run OAC Meetings and tool box talks
Coordinate with sub-contractors, architects, engineers, owners and PM on job
Update project milestones and schedule
Manage or support the change management process, by updating logs, routing source documents to vendors, obtaining pricing, developing estimates and proposals, wiring change orders and other related activities.
Establish, monitor, communicate, and maintain project schedules utilizing contemporary scheduling software.
Maintain and regularly produce reports utilizing a combination of Procore Project Management Software and the Microsoft Office programs
