Office Construction Project Manager
to oversee the day-to-day planning, coordination, and administration of our construction projects from our office headquarters. Position Summary:
The Office Construction Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting all phases of a construction project from the office. This role focuses on managing scheduling, budgets, subcontractor communication, procurement, and project documentation. While this is primarily an in-office role, it requires close coordination with field supervisors and site managers to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all administrative aspects of construction projects from start to finish Create and maintain project schedules and timelines using construction management software
(BUILDERTEND) Communicate daily with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment Process permits, RFIs, change orders, and other essential documents Maintain accurate records including budgets, invoices, contracts, and logs Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and up to date Track job progress and assist with resolving delays or obstacles Assist in managing client expectations and providing regular updates Order materials and coordinate deliveries to job sites as needed Support field supervisors with planning and logistics Monitor project budget and costs to ensure financial targets are met Requirements:
Proven experience in construction project management (minimum 3 years) Strong understanding of residential construction processes Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with BuilderTrend or Procore is a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Spanish-speaking is a plus Construction experience is
