JLL is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planning Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in delivering best-in-class occupancy planning and management solutions to our real estate clients. Overview Key Responsibilities Lead account delivery of occupancy planning and management services, Provide industry insights and thought leadership, Act as a trusted advisor to clients, Account Directors, and team members, Manage portfolios and maximize space utilization, Develop migration plans and oversee group/individual moves, Create and analyze reports on seat demand, supply, capacity, and inventory forecasts, Manage a team, providing training and mentorship, Strategic thinking and problem-solving, Excellent communication and relationship-building, Detail-oriented with strong spatial creativity, Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive results, Proficiency in creating data visualizations and presentations, Experience implementing flex office and alternative workplace solutions. Required Skills And Qualifications 6 – 8 years of progressive experience in occupancy, space, and move management, Expert-level data analysis skills with mastery of Microsoft Excel, Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Proficiency in CAFM systems and AutoCAD, Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or related field.
