Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Financial Officer

As Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will provide efficient, professional, and confidential executive support, ensuring the smooth administration of the Group Finance Office. The role also extends to supporting the wider Group Finance team, including the Legal function, by coordinating administrative processes and facilitating effective operations. About You Are you a proactive, highly organised professional? Our long-standing, highly respected family-owned business is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the team in delivering excellence across broad financial and legal portfolios. Key requirements: Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Group Chief Financial Officer and wider team. Liaise with all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders on behalf of the Group CFO. Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling and negotiating appointments, while preparing and coordinating associated documentation, including agenda preparation and minutes. Arrange business travel and accommodation requirements for the Group CFO, as well as supporting logistics for other members of the Group Finance team where necessary. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group business unit including: monitoring and actioning multiple shared mailboxes, escalating correspondence as required; manage legal invoices, expenditure spreadsheets and monitoring litigating and related costs; conduct company searches / verifying legal information as part of the supplier due diligence process; and coordinate SAMS registration and renewals, as well as managing registered agency requirements for US entities in liaison with CSC. Coordinate catering for onsite meetings, via the Operations Coordinator, and request coffee/tea orders via the Barista for larger-scale meetings. Undertake other duties as required to support the effective running of the Group Finance team. What makes NIOA an exceptional workplace?
