Trademark Attorney

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a trademark attorney with 2-4 years of experience for its Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice in Seattle. The salary for this position is between $235k to $310k. Qualifications 2-4 years of U.S. and international trademark law experience, including clearance searches, trademark and copyright counseling, prosecution and enforcement. Experience with TTAB and UDRP preferred. Experience with copyright filing and prosecution strongly preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; team focused. Washington State bar admission or eligible to become admitted to the bar preferred.
