A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. The firm is particularly strong in estate planning and administration, corporate and business transactions, real estate, tax, and litigation related to these areas. The estate planning practice includes significant work with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong credentials, experience at a mid-to-large-sized firm or trusts & estates boutique, and the drive to develop a thriving practice. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to identify their objectives and concerns Assess client situations and provide strategies using a comprehensive understanding of planning and administration techniques Counsel clients on estate planning strategies and approaches Draft estate plans and trust administration documents, ranging from basic to advanced Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas and leverage firm resources to maximize efficiency Build and maintain relationships with existing clients Develop new client relationships and contribute to business development efforts Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active membership with the State Bar of California LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning strongly preferred 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration Strong drafting, counseling, and client service skills Desired Skills and Experience 5+ years of trust administration and estate planning experience Licensed and in good standing with the CA State Bar LLM preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
