Japanese Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Classification: Temporary/Contract
Work Schedules: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (on-site)
Start Date: Early November 2025
Summary
Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional with a passion for human resources? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our client's team as a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant. This is an on-site, temporary role based in their New York office, with an expected start date in early November 2025. The initial contract will be for at least three months, with the potential for extension.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the human resources department.
• Assist with various HR functions including immigration/visa processes, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and 401(k) management.
• Manage a wide range of general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing at a business level) is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in the New York office.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in human resources administration is highly preferred.
• Experience in general administration is also a plus.
