Summary
The Specialist, Data Management implements the development, maintenance, and optimization of APTA’s data infrastructure through CRM integrations, SQL database administration, and reporting solutions. This role applies technical expertise to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and performance across systems, enabling efficient operations and informed decision-making. The specialist collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain secure, reliable data environments. Essential Functions
Collaborates with developers to troubleshoot and test custom applications, web services, and integrations. Develops automated data sharing solutions for external organizations via SFTP. Supports CRM integrations and utilities such as blast email and volunteer manager platforms. Monitors SQL database performance, agent jobs, backups, and recovery processes. Writes SQL scripts and stored procedures for list pulls, surveys, and reporting data sources. Creates formatted reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI. Configures CRM components including forms, views, and workflows using Dynamics automation tools. Performs bulk data imports and exports using SQL and Dynamics tools. Troubleshoots CRM-related issues and supports internal users. Staff Expectations

Some college; Bachelor’s degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Microsoft SQL Server SSRS Power BI Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Protech SFTP and Data Transfer Protocols Dynamics Integration tools Project management skills a plus Effective professional communication (written, presentation and verbal) Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects or tasks Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Travel Requirements Up to 10% - Local How To Apply Please send resume and cover letter, including salary requirements, when applying.
