Join a growing team as a versatile HR Generalist, responsible for supporting the full scope of human resources operations. This role plays a key part in fostering employee engagement, managing performance processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. We’re looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally. Must have strong employee relations skills, benefits and payroll administration experience. Key Responsibilities
Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/disability), and performance cycle Oversee performance management and talent development initiatives Facilitate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes Maintain HRIS records with precision and accuracy Draft and update HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal controls Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR or related field) HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience required Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and training Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paychex, Workday, ADP, SAP) Skills & Attributes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail Team-oriented and solution-focused approach Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Benefits
