Overview We’re Hiring: Legal Billing Coordinator | Orlando, FL | $50,000–$65,000

Are you an experienced legal billing professional ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced law firm environment? Our firm is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator to join us in our Orlando, FL (32801) office — with the flexibility to work from home one day a week after training!

Location: Orlando, FL 32801

Position: Legal Billing Coordinator

Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000 (based on experience)

Hybrid Schedule: 1 day/week remote (post-training)

Law Firm Experience Required

Responsibilities

Review and edit pre-bills per attorney/staff requests

Apply retainer funds and process write-offs

Prepare and submit complex client bills (split billing, discounts, etc.)

Generate and distribute final invoices and monthly billing reports

Communicate with attorneys and clients regarding billing matters

Maintain confidentiality of all firm and client matters

Assist with special projects and legal inquiries when needed

Qualifications

2–3 years of billing/accounting experience in a law firm

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with 3E billing software

Experience with electronic billing platforms such as TyMetrix, CounselLink, Tracker, or Datacert

Experience in a law firm billing environment is preferred
