Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair is a FL Based Automotive Repair Franchise with 14 locations throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties. We specialize in Automotive AC Repairs while performing all repairs on All Makes and Models of Automobiles. All locations are independently owned and operated. Our work environment includes: Great Pay Hands On Training Paid Holiday Paid Vacation An Automotive Service Manager manages the Repair Shop and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers. Service Managers are a pivotal role in the Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair company. They are expected to increase gross shop sales and profits. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service center Ensure that all customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability Manage and train a team of service technicians and support staff Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols Perform quality control inspections of repairs and maintenance services Maintain accurate records and reports on service center operations Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Are you a tech savvy self starter looking for a great opportunity?

is 6 days a week Monday - Friday 7:30 am- 5:30 pm Saturday 7:30 am - 2:30 pm This position is great for Service Managers with: Experience in Independent Repair shops Strong background in automotive service and repairs Computer literacy is required Proven Track Record in Sales Service Writing Experience People Management Experience Requirements:
