About the Student Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator Position: The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for implementing an annual student recruitment plan that aligns with KIPP Colorado’s student enrollment goals. The candidate will be managed by the Senior Director of Regional Operations (SDRO) and work closely with the External Affairs Team and school-based staff to recruit and enroll new students for KIPP Colorado’s Far Northeast and Southwest Denver campuses. We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written Spanish and who has meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to KIPP Colorado’s mission and vision. Believe deeply in the mission, values, and commitments to Race, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (RIDE). Assume personal responsibility for student achievement. Read, internalize, and adhere to KIPP Colorado Policies and Procedures. Provide an active presence, strategic supervision, and intentional monitoring to ensure student safety and engagement in rigorous learning. Engage in coaching and professional development; participate in 1-2 coaching sessions per 1-2 weeks as needed. Prepare for lessons, coaching sessions, meetings, and professional development; communicate clearly and timely. Meet professional obligations, including deadlines and schedules. Leverage Google and Microsoft tools effectively (Google Docs, Gmail, Teams, Outlook, etc.). Maintain strong attendance and punctuality; collaborate with colleagues and seek feedback for continuous improvement. Reflect on professional practices to meet development goals; participate in meetings across grades, departments, and school-wide initiatives. Support and implement school-wide and org-wide professional development; contribute to grade and functional teams. Share candid, solutions-oriented feedback with peers and leadership; ensure feedback is directed to improve student outcomes. Assist with student and staff recruitment and engagement, including events, home visits, calls home, and related requirements. Be prepared to travel around Denver to campuses, the Home Office, or PD events as needed. Assist with other duties as assigned (e.g., lunch, arrival/dismissal, hallway duties, school support). Key responsibilities

Project manage student recruitment and enrollment. Input, track, and analyze data on recruitment benchmarks and goals. Report progress towards goals; support SDRO in reporting updates. Train and collaborate with school-based staff on recruitment/enrollment activities and procedures; ensure accountability. Attend local events to reach prospective families; engage community organizations and distribute marketing materials. Establish relationships with existing families to enroll siblings and leverage local networks. Engage prospective families and alumni, providing information and support through the enrollment process. Develop new initiatives for student recruitment; support community events with Advocacy and Community Engagement Coordinators. Collaborate with Campus Operations to execute recruitment opportunities (canvassing, tabling, campaigns, events). Assist future families with applications or campus tours; canvassing and outreach in surrounding neighborhoods. Be punctual for recruitment events; document and communicate recruitment results; perform other duties as required. Role Level and Qualifications
