The Commerce Financial Advisors comprise nearly 30 advisors across five states, who collectively serve $4.4 billion in brokerage and advisory assets through collaboration with Commerce Bank and Commerce Trust. The ideal candidate is a motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role provides support for CFA accounts which use LPL Financial as broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor, delivering exceptional customer service and support for CFA systems. Essential Functions
Perform reconciliation of various files Act as liaison between business unit and IT to facilitate changes, upgrades, enhancements, etc. for CFA Systems including Salesforce Collaborate and guide others at all levels to identify, understand and fulfill business reporting and/or data needs Design, test, and assess data prior to producing results Provide information for internal and external audits (e.g., SAS 70, Sarbanes-Oxley) and support regulatory reporting and compliance Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a go-to resource for internal and external users Assist with system maintenance, user permissions, enhancements and bug testing Identify problem trends and make recommendations for improvements Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors Partner with CFA Sales & Support managers on onboarding and training for brokerage applications Develop training documentation when technology or initiatives are implemented Strategic management of long-term system roadmap Assist with Business Continuity Planning Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance or business-related discipline or equivalent experience 3+ years in information systems Securities Industry and related fields experience preferred, including basic regulatory compliance and standards of conduct Compensation level determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education For roles with pay transparency requirements, a reasonable base pay estimate is $26.25 to $35.00 per hour, dependent on location and other factors Compensation & Benefits
