now. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume production, professional, and executive positions. Build and maintain robust sourcing pipelines to quickly fill critical roles with top talent. Partner with leaders to translate workforce needs into effective, scalable hiring strategies. Manage structured interviews, candidate evaluation, and timely follow-up. Champion the candidate experience and strengthen M2S Group’s employment brand. Use data and metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes. Collaborate with the TA team to share best practices, updates, and strategic insights. Own and manage the interview process by ensuring structured interviews, consistent evaluation methods, and timely follow-up with candidates and hiring leaders. Coordinate and guide interview logistics: scheduling, interviewer prep, and feedback collection to deliver a smooth and professional experience. In Year 1, you’ll focus on: Expanding sourcing strategies and tapping into new markets to grow our talent pipeline. Driving employer branding initiatives in the community in partnership with leaders. Building relationships with colleges and trade schools to strengthen early-career pipelines. Partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver a positive recruiting experience. Using data and metrics to continuously improve recruiting outcomes. What You’ll Bring
Seven or more years of talent acquisition experience in multi-business unit organizations Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and professional roles Experience partnering with business leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce needs Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed Strong communication, relationship management, and consultative skills Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve hiring outcomes Ability to travel 10–15 percent for career fairs, on-site interviews, and networking events Associate’s degree or higher in a business-related field What We Can Offer You
